At Lumi-Shay, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in curating premium skincare products and stand behind the quality of everything we offer.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products and for the hygiene and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at Lumibella258@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
